Around the house

One quote covers everything you send us

You know the set nobody has gotten to: the doorknob hole in the hallway, the bedroom door that will not latch, the TV still leaning against the wall.

We take all of it. Every item gets a price of its own, and those prices come back as one number for the whole set. Add the gate that drags and the hallway touch-up and they get priced with the rest.

How the pricing works

One number, and you see it before anything is booked

Text a photo of each repair with a line about what you want done. We price every item on its own and the total comes back to you free. Nothing goes on the calendar until you have seen that number and said yes. If an item is not worth doing, we say so.

The whole thing runs in three steps

The same three steps for two repairs or a dozen.

Text a photo of everything you want done

Walk the house with your phone and grab a picture of each thing, plus a note about what is wrong and your city.

Step 2

Every job priced, one total back

Every item gets its own number and the sum comes back in a text. Everything you send is in that one number, and there is no travel charge.

Free, and it comes back in writing

Step 3

You pick the day we start and we work through it

Tell us the day that works. We bring the tools and the everyday hardware, put drop cloths down, and check each item off with you.

Everything swept before we leave

What moves the number up or down

No two homes have the same set of repairs, so there is no flat rate here. Text the photos over and one free price comes back.

The five things that move the price

  • 1How many items you send us at once
  • 2Which trades they touch, from drywall to doors to faucets
  • 3Parts and hardware, and whether you already have them
  • 4How many rooms we end up working in
  • 5Anything needing two sets of hands, like a big TV
Straight talk

When something turns out bigger than the photo showed

It happens. A patch opens into a ceiling that is still wet. A shutoff under an old sink will not turn. When we find something the pictures did not show, you hear it right then with the new price, and you say yes or no before more work goes in.

What goes on a honey-do list?

Drywall patches, doors that stick or will not latch, new deadbolts, dripping faucets, ceiling fans swapped for new ones, TVs mounted, furniture built and anchored, fence boards and gate latches, and paint touch-ups. Send whichever of those are waiting and we price them together.

How can one price cover so many different repairs?

We charge by the job, not by the hour, so each item gets priced on its own and they come back as one number. That number covers everything you sent. You see it before anything is booked, and the quote is free.

Can I add something after I get the quote?

Yes. Text over a photo of the new item and we price it and send the updated number back. You see that new total before you book, the same as the first time. Nothing gets added to what you owe without you seeing it first.

What does a handyman charge per hour?

We charge by the job, not by the hour, so there is no hourly rate to give you. Every item on your list gets priced, and it comes back as one number for the whole job. The quote is free and you see the price before you book.

Do I need everything ready before you come out?

No. Tell us what you want done and we bring the tools and the everyday hardware. If an item needs a specific part, a faucet or a ceiling fan you picked out, have it there or tell us and we can pick one up.

How much does a honey-do list cost?

There is no flat rate, because the number follows how many items you send, which trades they touch, and what parts they need. We charge by the job, not by the hour. Text over photos of each item and the exact price comes back free, before you book.

Which cities do you cover?

Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Winchester, and French Valley. There is no travel charge inside the service area.
