Pick a job, or send the whole list
Each service below has its own page with what is included and plain answers to the questions homeowners ask. Or skip ahead: request an estimate and send the list.
Drywall repair
Holes, cracks, dents, and water damage patched, matched, and painted so you cannot find the spot afterward.
Doors & locks
Sticking doors planed and re-hung, new locks and deadbolts fitted, hardware and weatherstripping replaced.
TV mounting
Any size TV, the bracket bolted into the framing behind the drywall, set level, cords tidied after.
Ceiling fans
Old fans down, new fans up, hung on a mount made to carry the weight of a fan.
Faucet & sink
Kitchen and bath faucets fixed or replaced, sink swaps, and the caulk line put back around them.
Fence & gate repair
Leaning posts reset, dragging gates squared, broken boards and hinges replaced before the whole run needs replacing.
Interior painting
Single rooms, accent walls, trim, doors, and the touch-ups that erase years of scuffs, cut in clean.
Furniture assembly
Boxed-up furniture, desks, beds, and storage systems assembled square, set in place, and anchored to the wall.
Honey-do list
Everything that never makes it to the weekend, sent over as one list and priced together as one number.
Not seeing your job? Screens, caulking, picture hanging, weatherstripping, and the odd jobs that never make the list are all fair game. Text a photo of whatever it is with your city, and the quote comes back free.
