Privacy policy
How this site handles the information you send us when you ask for a quote or book work.
This page explains how coreyshandymanservice.com and Corey’s Handyman Service handle the information you send us when you request an estimate, send a text, or book work. It is written in plain language. It describes how this site handles information and it is not legal advice.
What we collect
When you use the estimate form or text the business number, we receive your name, your phone number, your city, and whatever you choose to send: the description of the work and any photos of it. That is the information this policy covers. We do not ask for more than we need to answer your request.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your request, price the work, and schedule it. Photos are used to put a price on the job. Your phone number is used to reply to you about the work you asked about.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information and we do not rent it. We do not share it with anyone except where sharing is needed to do the job you asked us to do.
Texts and photos
Anything texted to the business number is treated the same way as the estimate form: it is used to price and schedule the work. If you text photos of a repair, they are reviewed to quote the job and kept with that job.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, this one uses standard site measurement to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used. Your browser settings let you limit or clear cookies at any time, and the site keeps working if you do.
Your choices
If you want the information you sent us deleted, ask us and we will delete what we hold. Send the request through the estimate page or use the contact details in the footer of this site, and tell us which phone number you contacted us from so we can find it.
Changes to this policy
If the way this site handles information changes, this page will be updated to match, along with the date below.
How to reach us
Questions about this policy can go through the estimate page or the contact details shown in the footer of every page on this site.
